Shipping and Returns
www.cibelleexperience.com is the e-commerce platform of Gemitex spa, owner of the domain and the site.
All the prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website, for which they constitute an offer to the public, are inclusive of VAT; they are net of transport costs which will be clearly displayed before completing the order.
Minimum order:Gemitex spa only accepts orders with a minimum amount of € 29.99 (excluding transport costs).
Availability of Products
Should an order exceed the quantity existing in the warehouse, Gemitex spa will communicate the lack of availability and any waiting for the fulfillment of the order within 72 hours. If the customer does not agree to wait the time necessary for delivery, the contract will be considered terminated and Gemitex spa will immediately cancel the payment.
The goods travel accompanied by a regular commercial invoice.

All products offered on the www.cibelleexperience.com platform are covered by the original Italian manufacturer's warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02.
Damages caused by misuse are not guaranteed and Gemitex spa is not liable for direct or indirect damages deriving from improper use of the products we sell.

For all purchases on www.cibelleexperience.com , Gemitex spa guarantees the right of withdrawal established by law, equal to 14 days (the withdrawal period is counted from the day following that of receipt of the goods).
The transport costs of the return are charged to the customer.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the refund will be made to the account used to make the payment. In case of payment by credit card, CartaSi, PostePay or Paypal, the amount will be refunded respectively to the credit card/CartaSi/PostePay or to the Paypal account used.
How the return takes place
The procedure is very simple:
1:Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the return request and together we will organize the collection of your package whose transport costs, we remind you, will be at your expense;
2:Pack the goods and insert a copy of the order received upon delivery of the product.
3:Print the label you will receive by email and stick it on the new packaging. We advise you to remove any labels already present on the packaging. If you cannot use the return label, return the package to:

We remind you that to exercise the right of return the following conditions must be met:
- The product must not have been used, washed or damaged and must still have the packaging intact;
- The label and the insert (identifying the item, brand and size) must be intact and not damaged;
3:The right of withdrawal applies to products purchased in their entirety.
If the conditions are not respected, the product will not be accepted and it will not be possible to return the product and refund the amount spent during the purchase.
Gemitex spa ships its products within the Italian territory.
FREE national shipping for orders over € 49.99.
For orders below € 49.99, a shipping fee of € 6.50 will be charged.
Delivery times and methods
Gemitex spa, subject to availability at its warehouses (see above), reserves two working days for the retrieval of the goods, the packaging, and the completion of the necessary administrative procedures.
The time taken by the courier for delivery must then be added to these days, the times and methods vary depending on the courier that will be used.
Delivery will be made in 48/72 hours.
If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a paper notice. The courier will make two delivery attempts the following days, in any case the customer can contact the courier for the delivery or for the collection of the package at the reference branch.
Delivery is made to the street level.
If the delivery is not successful, the goods will be returned to Gemitex spa and the cost of returning the uncollected products will be deducted from the reimbursement of the sums paid.
How to behave upon delivery of the product
When the courier makes the delivery, the customer is required to verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet and in any case complies with the standard characteristics of a package.
Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier, in the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly.
What to do in case of damage due to transport
If, during the delivery phase, the goods show evident damage to the packaging, it is necessary:
- express a reservation
- reject the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept the package with reserve or if the damage is still visible without having to open the package.
Forms of Payment
Gemitex spa accepts the following forms of payment:
PAYPAL: Paypal allows you to send payments securely. It can be used by anyone, even if they are not subscribed to this service.
Paypal allows you to pay safely by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or by prepaid card (eg Postepay and others).
CREDIT CARDS:You can pay in total safety with your favorite credit or prepaid card. We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard.
BANK TRANSFER: Payment by bank transfer can be made using the data that will be sent together with the order confirmation. In the reason for payment, the Order Number must be indicated.
Obligations of the buyer
It is forbidden for the buyer to enter false and/or fictional data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the further related communications; personal data and e-mails must only be their real personal data and not those of third parties or fictional ones.
The consumer and/or customer authorizes Gemitex spa and undertakes to provide, at the latter's discretion, copies of valid identity documents.
Failure to comply with the request for documents authorizes Gemitex spa to terminate the contract due to default by the purchaser.
The customer relieves Gemitex spa from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Customer, since the Customer himself is solely responsible for the correct insertion and/or communication of the same.
The guarantee of the successful completion of the payment that the customer makes with the aforementioned means is essential for the fulfillment of the order.
Contract termination and express termination clause
Gemitex spa has the right to terminate the stipulated contract by simply notifying the consumer and/or customer with adequate and justified reasons; in this case the customer will have the right exclusively to the refund of any sum already paid. Although not explicitly reported here, the regulations of the Italian state apply. For any dispute, the jurisdiction of the court of Trani (Italy) is appointed as of now.
Treatment of personal data and privacy
By accepting the Terms and Conditions of sale, the customer authorizes Gemitex spa to process their personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196"Code regarding the protection of personal data"and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). Gemitex spa undertakes to delete any personal data should the customer submit a request.
